Dearborn, Mich., is not under Islam's sharia law. That's the message Mayor John O'Reilly wants to make clear in light of accusations by a Christian group and Nevada's U.S. Senate candidate Sharon Angle that the city is under the sway of the controversial religious law. O'Reilly spoke with American City & County about how cities can promote diversity and cope with the anti-Muslim movement.
