A developer is suing Miami over the city’s decision to throw out the company’s plan for a $110 million project on a city-owned golf course near Miami International Airport

A developer is suing Miami over the city’s decision to throw out the company’s plan for a $110 million project on a city-owned golf course near Miami International Airport. Concalpro claims the city arbitrarily denied plan after the company complied with all the provisions of the proposal agreement and it wants $630,000 to cover the cost of preparing the proposal, according to The Miami Herald. The city claims the Concalpro proposal wasn’t appropriate. Also, a city spokesperson called the lawsuit, and several others also attacking the city’s method of awarding contracts, a part of doing business.
