Clara and Jose, the Peregrine Falcons that call San Jose, Calif., City Hall home, are expecting fledglings this month, and the city has set up a Webcam to catch every minute of the hatch. Working with the University of California Santa Cruz Predatory Bird Research Group, the city focused a live, Web-streaming camera (http://falconcam.sanjoseca.gov/nest) on the falcon's nest box at City Hall, allowing anyone to watch the birds as they incubate the eggs and raise their young. General questions about falcons can be sent to falconet@ucsc.edu.
