Arsenault Associates — Jack Boetefuer, chief operating officer of the Burlington, N.J.-based fleet maintenance computer software company, has been named president.

BOMAG Americas — Jerry Randecker, has been appointed president of the Kewanee, Ill.-based road building equipment manufacturer. Previously, he was president of Kent, Wash.-based Spencer Fluid Power.

Metcalf & Eddy — Tina Houston joins the Wakefield, Mass.-based design company as vice president. Previously, she managed environmental programs at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport.

Duncan Solutions — Mike Nickolaus has joined the Milwaukee-based company as president of its U.S. organization. Previously, he was director of business development for Dallas-based Affiliated Computer Services.

Henrico County, Va. — Lee Priestas, assistant director of public works, has been named the department's director.

Timothy Haahs & Associates — Michael Martindill has joined the Blue Bell, Pa.-based company as vice president for the firm's Georgia operations. Previously, he was director of business development for Jacksonville, Fla.-based The Haskell Co.
