In the near future, the north side of Fulton County, Ga., will be completely incorporated. That situation has residents of the south side concerned that they may soon be paying more taxes for less service, according to The Atlanta Journal-Constitution. Some communities in the county are considering annexation into nearby cities, and there is talk of a plan to form a new city called South Fulton.
