The three-member board for Denver’s Northwest Parkway toll road has decided to lease the road to the highest bidder. The $416 million toll road has not been collecting the amount of money that was expected when it opened in 2003, according to the Denver Post. A group of institutional investors has expressed interest in taking over the parkway.
