Columbia, Mo., and the University of Missouri-Columbia are teaming up to fund a joint planning study for the downtown area where the university is located

Columbia, Mo., and the University of Missouri-Columbia are teaming up to fund a joint planning study for the downtown area where the university is located. It is the first time for the city and the school to work together to plan future growth, according to the Columbia Daily Tribune. The study will cost $103,500, with the city paying $50,000 and the college paying the rest.
