The official who has been overseeing the Chicago Transit Authority’s $530 million Brown Line reconstruction is leaving for a job in the private sector. For the last three years, Susan Plassmeyer has been trying to straighten out the project that has been troubled by unexpectedly high costs, according to the Chicago Tribune.
