Former Atlanta Mayor Bill Campbell has been ordered to report to a low-security federal prison near Miami on Aug. 21 to begin his 30-month sentence for tax evasion

Former Atlanta Mayor Bill Campbell has been ordered to report to a low-security federal prison near Miami on Aug. 21 to begin his 30-month sentence for tax evasion. Campbell was convicted in March on the tax evasion charges but was acquitted of charges of racketeering, according to The Atlanta Journal-Constitution. Campbell’s lawyers said he was preparing to report to the prison.
