The Metropolitan Atlanta Rapid Transit Authority has named its new general manager. Richard McCrillis, who was already serving as the interim manager and was the only finalist for the job, will now take the position permanently, according to the Atlanta Journal-Constitution. On Monday, McCrillis announced a $13.8 million service improvement plan.
