The 113th annual Congressional City Conference is a five-day event presented by the National League of Cities (NLC). The event brings together elected and appointed city leaders to focus on the federal policy issues that are important to local governments.

General session speakers include Michael A. Nutter, Mayor of Philadelphia; Vincent C. Gray, Mayor of Washington, D.C.; Kathleen Sebelius, U.S. Secretary of Health and Human Services; Sen. John McCain (R-Ariz.); Tom Vilsack, U.S. Secretary of Agriculture; Rev. Al Sharpton; and former Gov. Ed Rendell.
